today all din really stress but still got panic lar...
although the score not really good but should be satisfy also lar...

practice and training make our a team more perfect!!!
today dunno kena what curse...
i twisted my left knee , damn!!!!!!
now still pain ko , hope wont bengkak lar...
could not let my parent know this ler , or else I'm DEAD surely!!!!
hope it will recover soon lar , wanna follow up those training and matches...
and also thank to ah teh just now help me when i injured eh si...
today eh spectator superbly good!!!!
hahax , hope next game will be better lar...
